Description


Chromatography is a technique used to separate, identify and quantify compounds in a sample mixture. Compounds are carried through the stationary phase by the flow of the mobile phase.
Our laboratory is equiped with two Liquid Chromatography systems and one Gas Chromatography system. The Liquid Chromatography systems are connected to different detectors such as diode array (DAD), ultraviolet (UV) and fluorescence (RF). The Gas Chromatography system is conected to a Mass Spetrometer detetor, an Ion Trap (IT).
